The other local team and defending champion, Faraones de Pitalito, beat Deportivo Automar from Venezuela 7-2, while Calvario Latino from Mexico beat Timón de Pando (Uruguay) 2-1 and CEFES from Brazil also beat Montsant from Cataluña 7-2.
