Caciques of Colombia and Calvario of Mexico decide the Intercontinental title

The XVI Intercontinental Cup of indoor soccer for clubs will be decided tonight starting at 7:00 p.m. local time, with the match between the undefeated host team, Caciques del Quindio (Colombia) and the surprising Calvario Latino de Tijuana (Mexico), which for the first time places the Aztec indoor soccer in such a stage.

Previously, Azucena (PAR) and Faraones (COL) will fight for third place on the podium. Last night, in the semi-finals, Calvario beat Sport Azucena, the Paraguayan representative, 7 to 4 (goals by Stiven 3, Bravo 2 and Crespo 2 for the winner, with Núñez, Baez, Giménez and Zorrilla scoring. Then, in a "fratricidal" duel between Colombians, Caciques beat the now dethroned defending champion, Faraones de Pitalito, 1 to 0, with a goal by Riasco one and a half minutes before the end of the game.
