In the grand final of the 43rd. South American club team, South zone, defeated Remansito de Ciudad del Este, winner of the National Division championship of Paraguay, 2 to 1.
The Central team got up early in the game and within a minute and a half of play they had already achieved a reassuring 2-0 lead.
Thirty seconds after the start, Falcao Rivas opened the scoring and Daniel Benitez added on a minute and a half.
Afterwards, José Meza pulled the strings of the match and brilliantly defended the early advantage he had achieved.
There were no longer any variations on the scoreboard until a minute and a half from the end of the day, when finally, after so much searching, Remansito got the discount, through the championship's top scorer Julio Samudio.
José Meza knew how to defend the advantage he had achieved and finished with some anguish but safely, securing this new title that is the third in his rich continental history and the second in a row.
JAVE TO THE PODIUM
Early in the match for third place, in a duel between Uruguayans, Jave de Treinta y Tres reached third place by beating their countryman Alianza by 3 to 1.
