It will be starred by the winners of the mata-mata phase, Cotas Juniors, representative of Bolivia, from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and Deportivo Atenas, from the populous Tacumb\u00fa neighborhood of the Paraguayan capital, Asunci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first team beat San Miguel de Rocha, Uruguay 4-2 and the second team beat their fellow countryman 12 de Junio 4-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
